Well we just got home from CA Thursday morning at about 1:00 am. The flight there was wonderful, Kaedyn did so great she slept for some of the time, but was more than happy just hanging out and looking around. She is definitely a "People Watcher". Anyways the trip home was a completley different story, Kaedyn was still wonderful, which was a great suprise, cause I think Mama was about to have a meltdown, (actually I think I did). Anyways our flight left CA at 7:30am, or so we thought. Some how things got mixed up and our flight actually left at 6:30am so we totally missed our flight. Thank goodness my Dad was able to pick us back up at the airport and take us back home for a few hours, since the new flight we were given didn't leave until about 10:00am. So to make a long story short we were supposed to get back to Cleveland on Wed at about 4:30pm. It ends up the new flights we were given, we now had to have 3 different layovers, none of our seats were together as a family, so we were asking people to switch with us on every flight. The biggest drama of this flight home was our last flight that was actually overbooked so there were no extra seats, and nobody wanted to switch seats with us because 1) It was a 4 hour flight. 2) Both of us were now assigned middle seats. Are you kidding Me. There is no way that as a new mother (one that is nursing too) was about to sit in the middle of two guys and actually try to feed my little newborn. Brent asked several different people and nobody would switch with us. Sooooo Sad... Well as a hormonal and emotional new Mother it didn't take much effort to get me to start crying. And what do you know, a few seconds after the tears came squirting out someone finally offered to switch with us. So we could actually sit together as a fmily, and Brent could help protect me from any "Peepers" as I tried to feed Kaedyn. If I could feed her on an airplane, I believe I can feed her anywhere.
Do airplanes make babies gassy? They do for Kaedyn, she was a gassy gus after both trips. Below are a few cute pics of Brent doing gasercize with Kaedyn. Also she sucked her thumb for the first time we got back home to Cleveland. Shes hasn't done it again since that night. She sure looked precious, so I am happy we got a couple cute pictures.

so frustrating!
I love thumbsuckers! I wish that Stella would, but Jared would never let that happen! I don't get why-we know a great dentist and all!
